Following the finalization of the JV, kdc/one Clarion Beauty Pvt Ltd made its public debut at Cosmoprof Mumbai in December 2025, where the company jointly showcased its integrated packaging and innovation capabilities to global and Indian beauty brands. The new Gujarat-based manufacturing facility, now under development, is scheduled to begin commercial operations by July 2026. The plant will focus on high-performance cosmetic and personal care packaging, including moulding technology, metallizing, screen printing, and hot foil stamping. 1The joint venture brings together global innovation strengths and deep Indian manufacturing expertise, positioning the company as a next-generation solutions partner for brands seeking world-class packaging backed by speed, scale and design excellence.
